| Sonitus Systems combines advanced
research and development capabilities and high level consulting
services to deliver innovative and effective environmental
solutions. Founded in 2007 to provide cost-effective noise
monitoring instrumentation to regulatory authorities,
the company has expanded and evolved allowing us to offer
a full range of noise management services.
Sonitus
was set up by a research group from Trinity College
Dublin. With extensive expertise spanning engineering,
product development, wireless sensor networking, acoustics
and environmental noise management the group was ideally
equipped to develop innovative new solutions for tackling
noise pollution.
Our Goal
Our goal is to deliver affordable and scalable noise
monitoring systems for the assessment and management
of environmental noise. Drawing on our R&D background
we are constantly developing better and simpler ways
to deliver the products and services needed by our customers.
We use our considerable in-house
experience to design custom solutions to fit all our
customers’ projects. While some of our high-grade
parts come from overseas, all of our product development
and manufacturing work is done in collaboration with
Irish partner companies. The complete product design
and build process is carried out locally, speeding up
development time and supporting Irish business.
