Release Date and Maintenance Window
Please note that a brief maintenance window is scheduled from September 19th, 2023, 23:00 (IST) to September 20th, 2023, 03:00 (IST). During this period, we anticipate minimal downtime, although some temporary outages are unavoidable. We appreciate your patience during this necessary maintenance.
Why the Upgrade?
You might wonder why we’re making these changes if the current system isn’t broken. The answer is simple: progress. The Sonitus Cloud is being upgraded to leverage the most modern web tools available. This upgrade will primarily focus on enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of the website without fundamentally altering how customers interact with it.

However, during the maintenance period, which is expected to last less than 2 hours, no alerts will be sent via email or SMS. Automated reporting will remain unaffected.
User Engagement
The best part is that your users won’t have to do a thing. The upgrade will happen seamlessly in the background, and all they need to do is enjoy the enhanced features. During the downtime, a maintenance message will be displayed on the Sonitus Cloud login page.
